Answers coming soon...

Lauren is now off all sedation. She was taken off this morning. Now she doesn't nearly have as many tubes and wires going into her. Currently, she's not acting any different than when she was being sedated. But then again, we haven't seen her in two hours.
Before the weeks end, she will have a tracheotomy for the ventilation tube. Although this sounds unpleasant, it will aid in her breathing. It's pretty clear she doesn't like the tube in her mouth. This will also keep her from gagging.
Our principle concern right now is the MRI results. This will tell us what kind of damage Lauren has suffered.
We are all nervous and praying for a miracle. We ask you all do the same.
