7 stages

My parents weren't able to speak to the case worker today. However, they did speak to a neuro-psychologist, who was pleased with Lauren's progress. He described the seven stages of progress for brain injured people. The seventh stage is complete recovery. The first stage is where Lauren was at first. Right now, he placed her between stages two and three. He said the road to recovery would be long and difficult, but Lauren had youth and good health on her side. Finally, we know where we stand!

He also recommended Lauren not start rehabilitation until she's in the third stage. Until then, she will be moved to a hospital room.

There have been more and more responses to this page. Thank you all. Let's keep praying for Lauren to begin responding to voice commands. Above all, pray for a complete recovery!

Nathan, So does this mean they will let her have more visitors? Because I would really like to come back up and see her again. I am VERY excited to hear all this!
