Lauren has been moving, moving, moving. She's been wiggling her legs as if she were pedaling a bicycle. She has bruises on her knees from hitting the rails on the bed. The rails are now covered with cushions. She looks like she's in an over sized crib.
Her blood sugar level has been bouncing around. We aren't really sure why.
She seems more aware today than yesterday. Slow progress, but progress nonetheless.
Lauren still has the vent tube in her throat. Little by little, she's breathing more on her own. She's still needing it when she's asleep.
Please pray for the following:
Blood sugar level
Safety with all her movements
Less reliance on the vent tube

Nathan, If there's anything I can do for your family please let me know. I really wish I could come up there and spend more time with the family. Even though I can't go in and see Lauren...I feel as if I should be up there supporting her and you guys.
Lauren's always in my prayers, and I think about her constantly.
God Bless, Cori
